Vitality Terms and Conditions
Vitality Cricket Prize Draw 2026

Definitions

Eligible Participant: means an individual who is aged 18 and over and a resident in the United Kingdom and who is either an Existing Member or a Prospective Member, but excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

Existing Member: means an Eligible Participant who as at the commencement of the Prize Draw Period is insured under a VitalityHealth Plan or a VitalityLife Plan.

Prize: means a prize package comprising the following:

  • x4 hospitality tickets to a Men’s or Women’s England cricket match in 2027 (subject to availability).
  • x1 signed cricket bat from the England Men’s or Women’s cricket squad

Prize Draw: means the promotion run by the Promoter and described in these Terms and Conditions in which Eligible Participants are given the chance to win the Prize.

Prize Draw Date: 05/10/2025.

Prize Draw Period: 00:01 20/05/2026 to 23:59 19/09/2026.

Promoter: Vitality Corporate Services Limited (Registered No. 05933141) Registered address: 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ.

Prospective Member: an Eligible Participant who, at the commencement of the Prize Draw Period, is not insured under a VitalityPlan.

VitalityHealth Plan: means any private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by the Promoter.

VitalityLife Plan: means any non-investment long term insurance contract administered by the Promoter.

VitalityPlan: means either a VitalityHealth Plan or a VitalityLife Plan;

Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements for Existing Members

  1. All Existing Members may enter into the Prize Draw by following a link on vitalitycricket.co.uk and then entering their name and email address where requested.
  2. Vitality will reject any entry into the Prize Draw submitted by an Existing Member if, on either the date the Existing Member submitted their entry into the Prize Draw or the Prize Draw Date:
  3. there are any unpaid premiums on any VitalityPlan under which the Existing Member is insured; and/or
  4. any VitalityPlan under which the Existing Member is insured has either lapsed or been cancelled.

Entry Requirements for New Members

  1. Any Prospective Member may enter the Prize Draw by taking the following steps during the Prize Draw Period:
  1. visiting vitalitysportshub.co.uk/cricket and follow the unique link to ‘get a quote’ from www.vitality.co.uk; and
  2. generate a completed quote for a VitalityPlan via this unique link.
  3. If an Existing Member has a VitalityHealth Plan but not a VitalityLife Plan, or vice versa, then, in addition to their eligibility to enter into the Prize Draw as an Existing Member, they may enter the Prize Draw a second time by following the same steps as a Prospective Member and generating a completed quote for the VitalityPlan that they are not insured under. Existing Members also entering the Prize Draw via this route will be treated as a Prospective Member for the purposes of drawing the Winners of the Prize.

The Prizes

  1. No person may win more than one of the Prizes.  
  2. There will be two (2) winners of the Prize (together the “Winners”). One Winner will be drawn from the entries submitted by Prospective Members and the other from the entries submitted by Existing Members.
  3. The Winners of the Prizes will be randomly selected on the Prize Draw Date from all valid entries made during the Prize Draw Period.
  4. The Prize Draw will be conducted by Catalyst Marketing Services, the independent promotional verification service.
  5. Winners of the Prizes will be contacted via the email address provided on entry by the Promoter within 14 days following the Prize Draw Date (subject to any delays that are beyond the Promoter’s control). If a provisional Winner of any of the Prizes does not respond to the initial contact within ten (10) working days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award their Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  6. The Winners acknowledge that they will need to provide the Promoter with their postal address. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  7. The cricket bats awarded as one of the Prizes will only be delivered to an address in the UK.
  8. The Winners will receive all electronic tickets within 7 days of the fixture date. Some of the prizes require the winner to nominate a fixture they would like to attend. Vitality will be in touch once the 2026 fixtures have been announced. The winner will then have 10 working days to respond via email with their chosen fixtures.
  9. The Winners of the tickets must abide by each individual stadiums standard ticketing terms and conditions, available on the individual county websites.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Subject to the limited exception in subsection (2) of the “Entry Requirements for New Members” section, a maximum of one (1) entry into the Prize Draw is permitted per Eligible Participant.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. However, internet access and a valid email address are required.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for late entries or unsuccessful entries into the Prize Draw.
  5. In the unlikely event that a Winner has not received communication from the Promoter to arrange their Prize, the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing legal@vitality.co.uk. If a Winner does not do so within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the relevant Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  6. Provided no objection is received from the Winners, a list containing the surname and county of residence of the Winners of the Prizes will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Prize Draw Period, for a period of 8 weeks. The list will be available by sending a request via email to legal@vitality.co.uk. The Winner(s) can object to their details being published during this process by writing to the abovementioned email address. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
  7. By accepting a Prize, the Winner(s) accept that the Promoter may request that they participate in publicity arising from the Prize Draw. Participation is at the Winner(s’) discretion.
  8. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your Entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
  1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional Winners by requesting such information it considers to be reasonably necessary for this purpose. The award of a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed;
  2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering this Prize Draw;
  • Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator;
  1. Disqualify bulk Entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means;
  2. Disqualify Entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means;
  3. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the Entry process;
  • Disqualify Entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions; and
  • Cancel, modify or suspend this Prize Draw should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw.
  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
  2. Any pictures depicting any of the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters, social media or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prize may vary from the depictions. This promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any of the products being offered as a Prize.
  3. No responsibility can be taken for Entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.vitalitysportshub.co.uk/cricket
  4. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  6. All personal data supplied for this Prize Draw will be used for the purpose of this Prize Draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Prize Draw and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Catalyst Marketing Services administers this Prize Draw for the Promoter and will process your data on behalf of the Promoter as data processor. By entering into the Prize Draw, you consent to the Promoter contacting you regarding promotional and marketing materials relating to the Promoter’s products in accordance with your choices. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice, available at: https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/.
  7. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  8. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  9. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
